The Young Actors Conservatory provides skilled youth actors with a concentrated, conservatory-style program that embodies multiple techniques and refines their acting training.
This 4 week mentorship consists of intense personal and career development with professional coaches and industry professionals here in the heart of Hollywood. With 120 contact training hours and up to 30 hours of additional components, the Young Actors Conservatory develops skills specific for the US & International markets across both stage and screen.
Our curriculum includes: Acting & Audition Technique; Truth In Performance; The Business of Acting; Voice & Movement; Finding Your Authentic Voice; Film Production & Development; Creating Your Own Content; The Actors Space: Personal Development, Self Care, Goal Setting & Intentions; Theory & History; Building & Creating Business Teams; Visa's & Immigration; Performance Showcases; Creating Industry Relationships and more.
Young creative artists leave our program with better understanding of the trials and tribulations associated with a working career in Hollywood. They discover unique and authentic voices, identify strengths and areas for growth, have courage to confidently engage, take control and make informed decisions about the next stages of their careers. AAFTA empowers young artists to pursue what they love, with the freedom to be authentically themselves. AAFTA Young Actors are trained and mentored to be prepared for anything this industry may propel at them, and when opportunities present themselves, success is always possible!
