Empowering The Dancer Online Mentorship offers an in-depth look in the preparations needed to creating a prosperous and rewarding career. Extending beyond previous training to understand what should be expected from you as an artist (in performance and self-promotion) and as an individual in life. Including yet not limited to Self Empowerment; The Business of Dance; Goal Setting & Intentions: Career Development, Marketing and Life Skills; Self Care & Motivation; Theory & History in Dance, Film & Television; Truth in Performance: the development of performance, production and choreographic skills; Self care & Motivation: the artistic self vs the daily self and Creating Your Own Content.
This 20 week mentorship has three central focuses ART, ARTIST and THE BUSINESS. Educating dancers about Los Angeles and how "The Industry" is shaped for dancers and performers in the US. What do they mean by "LA READY" and how best to leverage that with where you are in your career. Through programmed activities that promote and allow growth; guidance and advice from Industry professionals and visual mediums; our mentorship will provide you with a creative community and strong peer support that will challenge you on an exciting new level.
