We accelerate young actors and performers beyond their craft and promote growth in
The Business of Acting; The power of Voice & Movement; Self Care & Motivation; Goal Setting & Intentions: Career Development, Marketing and Life Skills; The History of Film, Television and Theatre; Truth in Performance: Acting Techniques; The artistic self vs the daily self; and Creating Your Own Content. Our full year mentorship includes programmed activities and guidance from International Professionals that further develop and enhance your training, whilst translating and refocusing through Stage, Film and TV.
Open to worldwide applicants. End of year "Showcase" students are to write, produce and star in their own short films, web series or proof of concepts mentored by AAFTA staff. These can be tools to aid further their development with Casting Directors, Talent Agents, Managers, Coaches and Directors.

Unit 8 - An Artists Showcase
The project must be written in collaboration with other classmates. The project must feature them in a starring role and showcase their artistic vision and expression. The project must be between 5-10mins in length and have merit for IMDB. Artists are asked to put together an online package that includes Log Lines, Pitch Video, Career Goals & Intentions, Artistic Vision (Business & Personal). Students may seek sessions with mentors for advice, however the project must be the “Artist” own undertaking.
