Christopher Burbidge is Head of Talent at Fourward, a Los Angeles-based talent management company that specializes in film & television, music and corporate consulting.  Burbidge had previously spent nearly eight years working with the Fourward’s founder, Will Ward, and joined him for the company’s inception. 

Over the years, he has helped advise and guide the careers of some incredible talent, including Chris Hemsworth, Liam Hemsworth, Cobie Smulders, and recent breakout Jacob Elordi.  After graduating from Loyola Marymount University in 2005 with a bachelor's degree in Film Production, Burbidge began working as a producer and creative executive at LBC Advertising, a boutique advertising agency in Santa Monica.  In 2006, he shifted his focus to representation and began working as assistant at the talent & literary agency Innovative Artists, but quickly moved to the talent department at the William Morris Agency.  Burbidge was later promoted to agent trainee at WMA while working for legendary talent agent Ed Limato, whose A-list roster of clients included Denzel Washington, Richard Gere, Steve Martin, and Mel Gibson.  A few years later, WMA merged with Endeavor to form WME, where Burbidge became a senior agent trainee.  In 2010, he moved from the agency world to management – joining Ward’s team.   

A Utah native, Burbidge currently resides in Los Angeles. 




Matthew Barry began his career in New York City. His father is Broadway playwright P.J. Barry. He was off-Broadway at the Roundabout Theatre when he was just 8 years old and on a CBS TV show by 13. The big break came when he starred in Academy Award winning director Bernardo Bertolucci's controversial film “Luna.” Matt studied at The Actors Studio and with Uta Hagen at the famed HB Studios. After years of acting in film and television, begged director Barry Levinson for a behind the scenes job in casting. Twenty years later he know’s what it takes to “make it” and does whatever he can to help along the way. He’s discovered or given breaks to: Amanda Seyfried, James Gandolfini, Rachel McAdams, Dakota Fanning, Ryan Philippe, Olivia Wilde, Michael Rapaport, Steve Zahn, Don Cheadle, Lucy Liu, Jason Ritter and many others. He’s taught workshops in Sydney and Melbourne Australia, New York, Chicago, London, Detroit, North Carolina, Miami, Dallas, Sacramento, Oklahoma, San Francisco and Toronto. Mr. Jeff Golenberg serves as Co-Founder and Partner at Silver Lining Entertainment, a Los Angeles based management and production company.  He has always played an integral role in the development and sustainability of talent. With an extensive amount of experience in public relations, he has built a highly regarded reputation for applying his expertise when managing and maximizing his clients’ career. As a leading creative force within SLE integrated approach, he works directly with a multitude of artists in all forms of media. Jeff has also been active in expanding the companies television production business having produced HBO’s comedy special Ghetto Klown as well as the ABC pilot King John, both starring client John Leguizamo. Prior to SLE, he Co-Founded The Collective in 2005 where his primary initiative was to oversee the management of talent, producing television projects within The Collective Television Group, continue the evolution of The Collective Music Group, and to forge new relationships that supported the ongoing expansion of Collective Digital Studio’s infrastructure. While there, he produced a number of successful shows including several Katt Williams projects such as Pimp Chronicles, American Hustle and It’s Pimpin’ Pimpin.’  He began his management career as an executive at 3 Arts Entertainment. While at 3 Arts Entertainment, he produced several projects including, John Leguizamo’s HBO special Sexaholix, which garnered great critical acclaim and played to sold-out theaters on Broadway, in addition to being nominated for both Tony® and Emmy® Awards. He also produced the coming of age comedy, Sol Goode, starring Jamie Kennedy and Jared Leto. In 1997, before his move to 3 Arts Entertainment, he was a partner and Head of Talent at the prestigious Public Relations firm, Bragman, Nyman, Cafarelli. While heavily immersed in PR, he recognized the importance of efficiently architecting an accurate portrayal and perception of an artist. While developing and implementing his proficiency in this space at Bragman, Nyman, Cafarelli, he was responsible for creating and implementing strategic publicity campaigns for many of today’s most celebrated talent including Cameron Diaz, Charlize Theron, Jennifer Lopez, Chris Tucker, Jada Pinkett-Smith, Jennifer Connelly, LL Cool J, Jamie Foxx, Bon Jovi, MÖtley Crüe, and Hanson, among others.



Spanning over a decade Danielle Aufiero and Amber Horn have had the honor of casting several critically acclaimed television series such as The CW's Comic-Con darling "The 100", Facebook's first script series "Five Points", Netflix's critically acclaimed "On My Block", and Disney’s breakout hit, “Andi Mack”. They are currently casting an adaptation of the beloved book series "The Babysitters' Club" for Netflix, Freeform's highly anticipated "Motherland: Fort Salem", as well as a new hybrid improv series for Disney, "Just Roll With It", and a new Netflix series "The Healing Powers of Dude". In addition to their series, they have a consistent slate of independent films, several of which have premiered at major festivals including Zal Batmanglij's "sound of my voice", EL Katz's "Cheap Thrills"; outlandish hit "An Evening With Beverly Luff Linn" and Sundance midnight screenings "The Greasy Strangler" and "Bitch". They also currently consult with SpectreVision on their upcoming slate of genre films.



Born in Chicago and raised between Chicago and Boston.  Attended Deerfield Academy (’01), Tufts University (’05) and Suffolk University Law School (’08).  Passed the Massachusetts Bar Exam in 2008.  Went to law school knowing he wanted to rep talent.  Moved to Los Angeles in late 2010 worked at ICM and CAA from 2011-2015.  He transitioned to management in 2015 by moving to Industry Entertainment and has been there ever since.  Actors/Icons worked with include, Christopher Walken, Jamie Foxx, Michael Keaton, Samuel L. Jackson, RZA, Laura Linney, Holly Hunter, Bobby Cannavale, James Spader, to name a few. 



Gary M. Zuckerbrod has been a member of the Casting Community for over 35 years. 

Beginning in New York as an Associate to Bonnie Timmermann, Gary participated in the casting of TRADING PLACES, THE POPE OF GREENWICH VILLAGE and the pilot and series of MIAMI VICE. 

Brought out to Los Angeles by William Friedkin to work on TO LIVE AND DIE IN LA. Gary then started as a Casting Director on The NEW TWILIGHT ZONE series for CBS. 


Gary was awarded the Casting Society of America’s Artios Award for casting Pulp Fiction. 

His many Television projects include: TOUCHED BY AN ANGEL(pilot), HBO’S WEAPONS OF MASS DISTRACTION (Artios and Emmy nominations), THE RON CLARK STORY (Artios and Emmy nominations), COLD CASE(pilot), WITHOUT A TRACE (Artios Award, Outstanding Series Casting) RIZZOLI & ISLES , THE LAST SHIP and THE KISSING BOOTH for Netflix. 

One of Gary’s passions is teaching.  He continues to teach audition technique classes in order to help actors improve their audition skills and have a greater understanding of the casting processs 

Gary served as President of the Casting Society of America from 2002 till 2004 and again in 2009. 

He also served as Chairman of the Steering Committee for the Unionization of Casting Directors and Casting Associates. 

He is proud to serve on the Board of Directors of Teamster Local 399 as a Trustee and as the Shop Steward to Television Casting Directors in Los Angeles. 



Throughout her casting career Jenn Presser has worked on a range of award winning films and television series. Her credits include the films A BAD MOMS CHRISTMAS, EXTINCTION, BAD MOMS, MIKE AND DAVE NEED WEDDING DATES, THE HELP, UP IN THE AIR and the upcoming film DUMPLIN’ (Netfilx). She was nominated for an CSA Artios award for her work on CLAWS (TNT) and has additional television credits such as THE RED TENT (miniseries), A MILLION LITTLE THINGS (ABC) and Vampire Diaries (CW). Jennifer is now Head Casting Director with Presser/Well Casting.



Mike Gillespie is a native of Boston, Massachusetts, where he attended The University of Massachusetts Amherst and received a bachelor’s degree in Communications. Upon graduating, Mike decided to follow his dream of being in the entertainment industry and moved to Hollywood starting his career in publicity for The Jim Henson Company. After leaving the publicity world, Mike found his true calling in talent representation and worked at one of the biggest talent agencies in the world, United Talent Agency for 5 years; starting in the mailroom and becoming a talent agent. During his time at UTA, Mike realized he loved the personal relationships with clients, as well as packaging films and decided that management was his true calling. After leaving UTA, Mike Gillespie was instrumental in starting Intellectual Artist Management. The company quickly became one of the top management firms in Los Angeles and soon merged with music powerhouse Primary Wave Music where Mike has spent 7 years at both firm grow into a full service media company. Mike Gillespie is known for his taste in discovering new talent and building their careers in the Film and TV space as well as across all Entertainment platforms.

Mike has produced 7 films; SUGAR MOUNTAIN starring Jason Momoa, the Crime Thriller THE LOOKALIKE with Justin Long, WHEN THE STARLIGHT ENDS starring Sam Heughan, the indie drama BROKEN GHOST as well as the historic drama ROBERT THE BRUCE, the atmospheric thriller, MINE GAMES and the Australian Sports Drama, BLINDER.

As a writer/director Lisa received a fellowship for the prestigious AFI Directing Workshop for Women. Her DWW short film, COMMERCE, won numerous festival awards, received an Adrienne Shelly Foundation grant at its DGA premiere, qualified for Academy Award consideration, premiered globally on Shorts HDTV and remains a top 50 All-Time Bestselling Drama Short on iTunes.

With her feature screenplay, COMMERCE, based on her short, she received fellowships in the Film Independent Screenwriting Lab, the Directing Lab and the Fast Track film financing market at the Los Angeles Film Festival.

Lisa mentors directors in FIND’s Project Involve and the Directing Lab. She privately coaches directors in working with performance, including Sydney Freeland in her Sundance/Netflix feature, DEIDRA AND LANEY ROB A TRAIN.

After a young career as a professional dancer in her native Australia, Lisa was spotted in her first acting class by director,  Jane Campion, and auditioned to final consideration for the role of “Kay” in Ms. Campion’s, SWEETIE. Lisa subsequently trained as an actor in London, San Francisco (American Conservatory Theater), and for five years in Los Angeles with Larry Moss.

As a child, Peter lived in Europe, Asia and South America before settling in Southampton, New York. After graduating with a business degree from Boston College's Carroll School of Management, Peter moved to Los Angeles. Over the course of his career, Peter has worked with some of the most acclaimed artists in film, television and theatre and has developed a reputation for identifying and cultivating exciting young talent and understanding the increasing global presence in the industry. Peter joined Echo Lake in October of 2015.



Caitlin got her start as an assistant to Ronna Kress (Moulin Rouge!, Fury Road) before becoming an Associate with Warner Bros. Feature Casting. At WB she worked under EVP, Lora Kennedy (Tombstone, Argo), and SVP, Kristy Carlson (Wonder Woman, Man of Steel) for four years until she moved to Australia for a year where she continued her career in casting with Thea McLeod (Pawno, Neighbours). After moving back to California, Caitlin has worked as an Associate Casting Director at Automatic Sweat for the past two and a half years alongside John Papsidera (Dunkirk, Westworld (HBO)). Her most recent credits include Venom, Lost in Space (Netflix), The Oath (Sony Crackle), and Taylor Sheridan’s Yellowstone (Paramount TV) starring Kevin Costner. As Former Executive In House Head of Television Casting and Feature Film Consultant for MGM Studios for 16 years, Paul Weber notably cast the wildly popular STARGATE franchise. Other TV credits include SPARTACUS: GODS OF THE ARENA, DEAD LIKE ME, SHE SPIES, POLTERGEIST, and THE OUTER LIMITS. These series and others have garnered numerous honors including 21 Primetime Emmy Award nominations. For the big screen, Weber has advised on numerous MGM features including the blockbuster JAMES BOND franchise, FAME, ZOOKEEPER with Kevin James, HOT TUB TIME MACHINE, RED DAWN with Chris Hemsworth, Joss Whedon’s CABIN IN THE WOODS, and ROBOCOP. Weber is now a fully independent casting director and producer. In addition to a number of independent features, recent and on going credits include projects for STARZ, NETFLIX, A&E, DISCOVERY NETWORK, HULU, LIFETIME, HALLMARK, COMEDY CENTRAL and the CW. He is a casting consultant for several Canadian and American production companies, studios and networks, recently completing US Casting for “PURE”, the highly praised limited series for HULU, and the 1/2 hour comedy CRAWFORD for Comedy Central. BUCKOUT ROAD, which he cast and co-produced, wrapped principal photography this summer, and will be released in 2018. Under his production banner, “One on the Way Productions”, Paul and his producing partners are engaged in developing and producing new media and independent feature projects. 

Weber is a member of the Casting Society of America, the Writers Guild of America,  has served on the Host Committee for the Annual Academy Awards and is a judge for the 2018 Emmys. He is also a respected audition coach and teaches his Art of the Audition, Business of the Art Audition technique class worldwide, including a number of Liberal Arts Colleges and Universities. He was the first American Casting director ever to be invited to teach his workshop in South Africa and Cyprus. He also teaches and lectures extensively throughout Canada, Europe and Australia, recently returning from Barcelona, Berlin, Rome, Warsaw and Sydney, Australia, where he taught at the renowned Australian Institute of Performing Arts. His American University visits include USC, UCLA, the University of Texas, Austin, University of Virginia, Loyola Marymount College, University of Conn., University of Arizona, and Sante Fe College, Florida. He is also a regular teaching guest at the SAG-AFTRA Foundation. Paul recently returned from the Toronto Film Festival where he was a guest speaker for the Rising Stars Program and also appeared on the prestigious SXSW Film Festival panel representing Film Casting Directors. He is also a judge for the 2018 Daytime Emmy Awards.  Paul is currently working on a book for actors entitled “The Art of the Audition, the Business of the Art.”
